Mekanisme WFH itu baik, sangat baik bagi efisiensi, namun bagi organisasi sebuah usaha yang budaya keterkaitan & keeratan antarindividunya belum cukup kuat, justru berpotensi untuk menjauhkan ikatan antar anggotanya.
Membangun budaya unggul kerap kali jadi peer, apalagi kultur usaha & organisasi pada perusahaan / institusi di negara tercinta ini masih jauh dibilang dari maju, masih banyak pekerjaan rumah untuk diselesaikan.
Salah satu dari 9 prinsip “Agile Leadership” adalah Effective Feedback. Ini menjadi kunci membangun tim tangguh. Ingat, ada 2 kata disana, “Effective” artinya menggunakan waktu dan sumberdaya secukupnya, dan “Feedback” artinya berani mengungkapkan dan menerima umpan balik yang jujur.
Effective Feedback sesungguhnya membawa setiap organisasi dalam budaya untuk memiliki kemampuan “Mindful Leadership” yang makin baik. Oleh karena itu pertemuan setiap hari baik fisik atau pun daring, hendaknya jadi tempat belajar bereksplorasi mengasah kemampuan leadership pada tiap individunya.
Oleh karena itu beberapa yang perlu dilatih & bisa dibantu dengan beberapa tools latihan antara lain menggunakan ini;
1. Meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan keterampilan relasional, poin ini kamu bisa berlatih degan menemui banyak orang baru, dan berlatih menyimak. Lakukan hal yang sama untuk tim kita. Jangan lupa main yang jauh!
2. Mampu membuat keputusan & berani mengasahnya! coba main‑main Lightning Decission Jam salah satu tools belajarnya.
3. Kembangkan empati dengan tim kita dan saling menginspirasi. Tools empati ini bayak, seperti 5 Whys, Peta Observe, Persona Canvas dll. Tapi jangan cuma dipake main yaa, lakukan juga dalam keseharian.
4. Berlatih untuk memiliki resiliensi yang kuat & percaya diri. Ingat jangan baperan ya, baper sama punya rasa sense of urgency itu beda ya.
5. Seringkali kegagalan timbul karena tak fokus, jauh dari clarity. Belajar lagi untuk konsisten, ini bisa pake OKRs loh :D
6. Attitude, ini yang sering kali juga lupa. Karena ini dirasakan orang lain, kita yang punya kendali, jangan lupa asah kemampuan berperilaku baik ini, setiap hari lebih baik dan seterusnya.
